Sister Circle

Sister Circle is a charity supporting women to empower themselves and lead healthy lives. For over 40 years we have advocated for equal access to healthcare and championed women’s health through peer support and service provision. We work with women from diverse communities providing antenatal, labour and postnatal support to expectant or new mothers in challenging circumstances via our Maternity Mates programme. Our Trauma Counselling, Conversation Cafes and long standing peer networks also help women who have experienced Female Genital Cutting, birth trauma or pregnancy loss. As a charity based in London, we work with women from a range of backgrounds and experiences. Whatever a woman’s circumstances, we walk alongside her as an individual, building trusting relationships that enable women and their families to thrive.
