Debbie Winstead

Deborah Winstead has extensive experience in the legal field, with a focus on real estate and commercial litigation. Deborah has worked in various law firms and organizations, handling a wide range of legal matters. Currently, Deborah serves as the Director of Operations at Sister District Project, where Deborah oversees legal, finance, compliance, and human resources functions. Prior to this, Deborah ran their own legal practice and was involved in negotiating legal agreements for wireless telecommunication carriers. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Human Resources Management from the University of Virginia.
