Becky Jones

Becky (Spencer) Jones is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Swift HR Solutions, Inc. since 2021, Becky provides fractional HR services to early-stage companies and small businesses. Additionally, as President of the Board of Directors for Sister Schools since July 2022 and Secretary for the Kennydale Neighborhood Association, Becky plays a vital role in community engagement and support. Previous experience includes significant tenure as a Principal Consultant at TriNet, where strategic HR partnerships were developed, and as Senior Director of Human Resources for Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, overseeing HR operations for a large organization. Becky's entrepreneurial spirit is exemplified by founding Urban Preserves and successfully selling homemade products. Educational background includes a BA in English Literature and French Language from Whitworth University and study abroad at Aix-Marseille University.
