Michael Sucharski

Michael Sucharski has over 35 years of work experience, starting in 1982 with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, where they began as an Operations Analyst and eventually became a member of the management team. Michael then joined HSBC in 1998 as a Senior Manager, responsible for overseeing help and support teams. In 2011, they transitioned to First Niagara Bank as the VP of IT Client Services, leading various technology initiatives and managing end user support. After that, they worked at M&T Bank from 2016 to 2019 as the Administrative Vice President, overseeing digital workspace services. Currently, they are serving as the CTO and VP of IT Network & Infrastructure Services at Catholic Health since 2019.

Michael Sucharski has an MBA in Technology Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from the University at Buffalo.
