Steven Dick

Steven Dick is an accomplished IT and operations professional with extensive experience in managing large teams and optimizing organizational processes across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Director of IT Operations and Support at Catholic Health since July 2016, Steven leads a team responsible for supporting over 10,000 devices and 450 applications across numerous healthcare locations. Prior experience includes leadership roles at One Touch Direct, where a team of 150 employees was managed, and significant contributions at Time Warner Cable, Adelphia Communications, and ClientLogic, where expertise in workforce management, operational efficiency, and project management was demonstrated. Steven holds an MBA and a BS in Biochemical Pharmacology from the University at Buffalo.
