Eileen F. Skinner, MHA FACHE has a strong background in healthcare management. Eileen F. currently serves as the Institute Chief Operating Officer at Sisters of Mercy of the Americas since April 2023. Previously, they worked at Shriners Hospitals for Children as an Administrator from July 2017 to March 2021. During their time there, they led strategic repositioning efforts, managed the COVID-19 response, and implemented diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies. Before that, Eileen was the President and CEO of Mercy Health System of Maine from 2002 to 2016. Here, they oversaw strategic planning and operations and facilitated the ownership transfer to Eastern Maine Healthcare Systems. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Executive Vice-President and Hospital Chief Executive Officer at Ochsner Health from 1998 to 2001, where they led strategic planning and operations and served on various boards.
