Eileen F. Skinner, MHA FACHE has a strong background in healthcare management. Eileen F. Skinner, MHA FACHE has a diverse education history. Eileen F. earned a Masters in Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Eileen F.'sfield of study focused on Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at St Mary's Dominican College. Eileen F. pursued a double degree in Biology/Medical Technology.

Skinner holds the title of Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives, an honor they received in 2007. Furthermore, they are a Certified Medical Technologist, certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists in July 1975.
