Sheryl Leary

Sheryl Leary, LSW, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Health and Wellness at Sisters of Mercy of the Americas since January 2024. Prior to this role, Sheryl held the position of Director of Planning and Community Development at HESSCO Elder Services from August 2016 to January 2024. Sheryl's experience includes project management as a Program Administrator for the QIN-QIO Care Transitions Program at Healthcentric Advisors and various roles at HESSCO Elder Services, including Nursing Home Transition Coordinator and Family Caregiver Specialist, from August 2005 to May 2013. Earlier, Sheryl worked as a Social Worker at West Suburban Elder Services and as a Saturday Rec Program Coordinator at Community Care Services. Sheryl holds an MBA in Management from Fitchburg State University, a Graduate Certificate in Business Foundations from Bridgewater State University, and a B.S. in Human Development and Family Relations from the University of Connecticut.
