María Fernanda Rodriguez Cabral is an experienced graphic designer and product lead who has worked in various companies such as Sisterworks Inc., Bot Workshop, Buzz Products, DeMata Design, Rokam, Chiba University, Akko Group, and Huella Creativa. María Fernanda has a strong background in graphic design, product development, product management, industrial design, and toy design. María Fernanda holds degrees in Industrial Design, Advanced Program Management, and Toy Design from Tecnológico de Monterrey, Lonsdale Institute, and Toy Creators Academy, respectively.

SisterWorks is a non-profit social enterprise that works with migrant, refugee and asylum seekr women to help them become economically empowered. Since 2013 we have helped over 2500 women from 105 countries. We offer a range of programs, entrepreneurship and employment opportunities that help women to develop their skills, confidence, and connections. We also provide support with finding employment, starting their own businesses, and navigating the Australian system. We believe that when women are empowered, they can make a positive difference in their own lives and in the lives of their families and communities.
