Sean O'Brien

Sean O'Brien has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Sean co-founded and served as CEO of Sisu Pharma since May 2019. Prior to that, they founded Endless Frontier Labs in September 2022, a mentorship program supporting startups to grow their business. From February 2019 to June 2021, Sean was the VP of Translational Sciences at Chaperone Therapeutics, Inc. Sean also co-founded and was the CEO of G4 Oncology from January 2018 to December 2019. Additionally, Sean held various roles at Trilogy Therapeutics, Senhwa Biosciences, Cylene Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, and Accelrys, primarily focused on research, business development, and computational chemistry. Sean'swork experience spans roles in management, scientific affairs, and corporate development.

Sean O'Brien's education history begins in 1991 when they enrolled in The University of Manchester, studying Chemistry with French. Sean completed their Master's Degree in this field in 1995. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university and from 1996 to 1999, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Quantum Chemistry.
