Aaron Berg

Aaron Berg has a diverse background in manufacturing engineering. Aaron began their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Co-op at Harley-Davidson Motor Company in 2015. Aaron then interned as a Process Engineering Intern at Cirrus Aircraft in 2016, where they led an initiative to reposition work cells to create more factory floor space.

In 2017, Aaron joined Harley-Davidson Motor Company as an Associate Manufacturing Engineer. In this role, they developed and implemented new stator winding patterns and programs, supported production staff, troubleshooted process and machine issues, and managed Parts and Accessories (PNA) part inventory and shipment.

In 2019, Aaron moved to Briggs & Stratton as an Advanced Manufacturing Engineer. Aaron determined factory requirements for material dunnage and handling solutions, led a team in manufacturing sub-assembly production lines, and specified and designed material dunnage and final assembly lines.

Next, Aaron worked at Hayes Performance Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer from 2020 to 2022. Aaron played a key role in the company's manufacturing operations, contributing to process improvement and quality control efforts.

In 2022, Aaron joined Toshiba America Energy Systems as a Manufacturing Engineer before transitioning to the same role at Sisu later in the year.
