Ilari Immonen is a co-founder of Sisua_Digital, overseeing Finland operations, offshoring, and global functions since May 2019, and also fulfilling group HRD and CFO roles. Previously, Ilari served as the Automation Team Lead at Korkia, managing project and resource operations for a team of 15, and as a Solution Consultant at Eera Oy, where responsibilities included developing and testing automation solutions using UiPath technology. Earlier experiences include working as a deckhand at Venevuokraamo Jahti Oy, a chauffeur for LimoFinland, and a volunteer Chairman of the Board for Kulosaaren meripartio, focusing on organizational development and leadership. Ilari's academic background includes a Master of Science in Information Networks from Aalto University, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Technical University of Munich, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Networks from Aalto University.
