Alain Coullon

Alain Coullon serves as the Head of Service Desk Operations at SITA, a position held since January 2009. In addition to this role, Alain has also been the Director of Network Practice for SITA Global Services, demonstrating extensive experience in leading operational and network practices within the organization.
