Hila Schwartz

Hila Schwartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and education. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor at PandaDoc since January 2022, Hila leads the establishment of training standards and drives continuous improvement through effective yearly and quarterly objectives. As the Founder and CEO of SkillsGorilla from September 2019 to January 2022, Hila co-developed an online learning marketplace, partnering with over 100 learning experience providers to enhance their visibility and revenue. Previous roles include Training Project Manager at I Heart Studios, where Hila developed impactful training programs that improved employee satisfaction and retention, and News Anchor and Training Manager at SupertraderTV, managing educational content creation. Hila's career began in the Israel Defense Forces as a Combat Soldiers Instructor, where training programs for tank loaders were developed. Hila holds a B.A. in Business and Communication from The College of Management Academic Studies.
