Carlos Kaduoka

Carlos Kaduoka, PhD, FRAeS, IAP, has extensive experience in the air transport industry, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at SITA since August 2006, where responsibilities include spearheading operational excellence initiatives and developing strategic plans for business transformation. Previously held various leadership roles within SITA, including Head of Strategy and Business Transformation and Interim President Americas, focusing on growth, market relevance, and organizational development. Additionally, Carlos has contributed to academia as a lecturer on Airport Management Systems at Cranfield University and as a tutor in Aviation Technology at the University of Surrey. Educational credentials encompass a PhD in Economics with a focus on IT and airport performance, a Master’s in Air Transport Management, and further specialized training in strategy execution from Harvard Business School.
