Cintia Scafutto de Menezes has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Cintia started their career at Rede Ferroviária Federal SA as an Application Analyst and then became a Technical Support Analyst. Cintia was involved in a downsizing project from Mainframe to Unix for all Rede Ferroviária Brazilian units.

After that, Cintia worked at Terra Networks - Franchise (Geraesnet Juiz de Fora) as a Technical Director. Cintia was responsible for conducting technical areas, pre-sales, and prospecting new corporate businesses. Cintia also played a key role in creating the IT services structure for the carrier and supporting the operation expansion plan.

Later on, Cintia joined T-Systems, where they held various positions including ITO Manager, Service Manager, Account Manager, and Head of Service Delivery Manager. Their responsibilities included managing outsourced computing services support team, contract and invoicing management, technical training, sales, and customer contact.

Currently, Cintia works at SITA as the Vice President Service Operations Americas and previously held the positions of Director Customer Services Latin America & Caribbean and Director Service Operations. In their current role, they manage a large team, oversees budget control, resource allocation, people development, customer satisfaction, revenue, and services quality objectives. In addition, they were nominated as the Company holding and subsidiaries Legal Representative in Brazil, performing general management activities related to the country business.

Cintia Scafutto de Menezes has a diverse education history. Cintia obtained a Post-MBA degree in Neurobusiness from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2017 and an MBA in Business from the same institution in 2002. In 1991, they completed a Post Graduation program in Information Technology at Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora. Additionally, in 1990, they pursued a Post Graduation program in Transport (Rail) Engineering from the same university. Cintia also holds a College degree in Engineering from Universidade Federal de Juiz de Fora, which they received in 1987. In terms of certifications, they obtained a Professional Coach and Corporate Coaching certification from the Latin American Society of Coaching in 2015. Cintia also completed a program in Organizational Leadership from IMD in 2021 and another one in Organizational Leadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute India & SouthAsia in the same year. Moreover, they possess multiple certifications including Corporate Governance: Maximize Your Effectiveness in the Boardroom from Emeritus in 2022, Certificate in the Foundations of NeuroLeadership from the NeuroLeadership Institute in 2021, and various coaching certifications from different institutions.
