Javier Gallardo

Javier Gallardo has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Javier held several senior leadership positions at SITA, a global IT company, including Vice President of Service Management for Europe and Director of Airport, Passenger & Baggage Operations Practice. In these roles, they oversaw service operations, continuous improvement, and product portfolio management. Prior to SITA, Javier worked at Seguros La Estrella as a Microinformatics & AS/400 technician. Throughout their career, Javier demonstrated strong leadership, cost management skills, and a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.

Javier Gallardo holds a Master's degree in MBA from IEDE, which they obtained in 2005. Javier also has an Expert's degree in ITIL from Tecnofor, completed between 2009 and 2018. In addition, they have a Degree in Computer Sciences from Comillas Pontifical University, acquired from 1992 to 1995. Javier also participated in the Leadership Development Program at IMD in 2019-2020. Javier has two additional certifications: the ITIL v4 Managing Professional from PeopleCert in 2020, and the ITIL v3 Expert, also from PeopleCert, in 2018.
