Jean-Baptiste Girukwayo is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience in the technology and air transport sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Global Talent Acquisition Partner at SITA since January 2018, Jean-Baptiste focuses on aligning recruiting strategies with business objectives. Previously, at Fujitsu Canada from October 2014 to December 2017, Jean-Baptiste held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor, where building relationships with IT professionals and understanding the labor market was key. Prior experience includes roles at TEKsystems, CGI, and RBC, where responsibilities ranged from recruiting across diverse practices to credit analysis.
