John Salamanca

John Salamanca is an experienced sales operations manager currently leading the APAC iSales team at SITA since September 2019. Responsibilities include managing a team of accounts associates, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and overseeing Tier 3 accounts to drive sales and growth. Prior to SITA, John served as Manager of Americas Channel Inside Sales at Lexmark, where duties involved strategic alignment, business metric development, and team coaching to meet annual sales quotas. Previous roles include Training & Quality Lead and Regional Account Manager at Lexmark, and Lead - Sales Training at Teleperformance Philippines. John holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Commerce with a focus on Communication and Marketing from the University of San Jose-Recoletos.
