Kurt Johnson

Kurt Johnson is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in infrastructure management and problem resolution. Currently serving as Global Services Problem Manager at SITA since May 2011, Kurt has successfully trained and mentored teams, achieving a 37% reduction in major service incidents and a 278% increase in proactive problem ticket reporting. Previously, Kurt held the role of Senior Infrastructure Engineer at SITA, leading the Global Finance System Project, which involved the consolidation of finance applications across over 200 countries. Prior experience includes a position as Senior Linux Engineer at Unisys/US Department of Justice, where Kurt focused on hardware installation and OS automation. Kurt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a Math Minor from the United States Military Academy at West Point and the University of Maryland Global Campus.
