Laura Stewart

Laura Stewart began their work experience in 1997 as a Director at SBLC Consulting, where they stayed until 2007. From 2007 to 2008, they worked as an HRMS Solutions Manager at ICT Works, managing various projects involving Oracle Payroll and Self Service, iRecruitment, Performance Management, and Learning Management. Laura then worked at Investec from 2009 to 2012 as an IT Analyst, focusing on HR, payroll, and online course launchings. From 2012 to 2015, Laura served as an Oracle Configuration Consultant at FNB South Africa, where they designed and built systems for employee performance ratings, salaries, and bonuses. Laura also worked in support roles for HR Core and SS. Starting in 2015, Laura became a Senior Oracle HCM Consultant at Britehouse, implementing Oracle EBS and Fusion Cloud modules for various HR functions. Laura joined Oracle in 2019 as an HCM Team Lead, overseeing a team of functional consultants and implementing Cloud Absence, HCM, Security, Benefits & Compensation across multiple countries. Laura's most recent position is Lead Functional Analyst at SITA, starting in February 2023.

Laura Stewart obtained a Diploma in Interior Design from City & Guilds in 2003-2004. Laura also attended Sandown High School from 1975-1980, where they obtained a Matric degree. Additionally, Laura has obtained several certifications from Oracle, including the Oracle Workforce Compensation Cloud 2022 Certified Implementation Specialist, Oracle Cloud Customer Connect Red Ribbon, Oracle Cloud Customer Connect Green Ribbon, Oracle Global Human Resources Cloud 2017 Functional Implementation Specialist, Oracle Talent Management Cloud 2017 Functional Implementation Specialist, Oracle Workforce Management Cloud 2017 Functional Implementation Specialist, and Oracle Workforce Rewards Cloud 2017 Functional Implementation Specialist.
