Giovanna Borocino

Giovanna Borocino has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Giovanna most recently worked at Azos as a Senior People Analyst, where they were responsible for various tasks such as structuring job positions and salaries for all areas, conducting benefit research, implementing employee engagement programs, and introducing extended maternity and paternity leave. Prior to that, Giovanna worked at RoutEasy as a Pleno HR Analyst, where they handled people analytics, HR operations, internal communication, events, onboarding, payroll, benefits management, and financial and accounting support. Giovanna also gained experience as a Junior HR Analyst at Bankly - Banking as a Service, where they focused on people operations, restructuring processes, job positions and salaries, turnover tracking, performance evaluation programs, and strategic HR initiatives. Giovanna previously held positions as an HR Assistant and HR Intern at Bankly.
