Rafat al-Hakim

Rafat Al-Hakim is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR operations and administration across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant in HR Operations at SITA since March 2023, Rafat previously contributed to UN Women as a Human Resources Assistant, facilitating recruitment processes and supporting employee performance management from October 2021 to March 2023. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Supervisor at SamaJordan Investment Group and Senior Human Resources Associate at Kuwait Food Company (Americana). Rafat's career began at UNRWA, where roles included Human Resources Assistant and Senior Clerk A, Procurement Officer. Education includes a Master's degree in Management Information Systems from The Arab Academy For Management, Banking And Financial Sciences and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Al-Yarmouk University.
