Ryan Darling

Ryan Darling has over a decade of experience in IT and operations, currently serving as Senior Manager of Airport Operations & Solution Integration at SITA since July 2014, where responsibilities include analyzing and documenting application and system enhancements. Prior to this role, Ryan held various positions at Benchmark Family Services, including IT Director, where management of network security and departmental processes was key, and Manager of Information Systems, focusing on network maintenance. Experience at The Bridge Group as IT Director involved technology integration, while earlier work as Helpdesk Support Technician at Benchmark Family Services included user setup and system troubleshooting. Ryan holds a degree in CIS, Network Engineering from Sinclair Community College.
