Shehab Tawalbeh

Shehab Tawalbeh has over a decade of experience in the technology sector, currently serving as the Manager of Service Operations for the Passenger Processing Portfolio at SITA since August 2011. In this role, Shehab leads a team of Site Reliability Engineers and Deployment Engineers, managing service improvements and operational support for PAX infrastructure at airports. Previous positions include Senior Infrastructure Engineer focusing on device management solutions, System Administrator with expertise in Microsoft and VMware technologies, and roles in service operations and support for airline applications. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Wireless Telecommunication Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology and Yarmouk University, respectively.
