Gemma Pile-John, PDip, MHRM, currently serves as a Human Resources Manager at Financial and Special Purpose Company since March 2022 and March 2019, respectively, while also acting as a Subject Specialist Advisor for SITAL College and the University of Bedfordshire Business School since January 2020. With extensive experience in Senior Management roles, particularly at State Corporation since June 2013, Gemma has successfully implemented strategies to enhance organizational performance and manage a workforce of over 1,700 employees. Previous roles include Manager of Employee Relations and Industrial Relations at a State Agency and various positions at TSTT, contributing expertise in staffing, employee relations, and performance management. Educationally, Gemma holds a Master of Human Resource Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, complemented by additional training in Labour Laws and Human Resource Management.
