Jennifer W.

Jennifer W. currently serves as a Staff Optometrist at MARTINEZ VAMC since May 2024 and has been an Independent Optometrist at Site For Sore Eyes since July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Optometrist at Rockaway Beach Optometry, Pacific Rims Optometry, and SLT Optometry between September 2019 and June 2021. A brief volunteer stint was undertaken at Amigos Eye Care in August 2019, while also completing an Optometry Residency at LONG BEACH VA MEDICAL CENTER from July 2018 to June 2019. Earlier experiences include volunteering with See the Lord in late 2015 and working as a Vision Therapist at the Optometry Center for Vision Therapy from June 2013 to May 2014. Educational qualifications consist of a Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of California, Berkeley (2014-2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors from The University of Texas at Austin (2009-2014). An international experience includes a brief study at Universidad del País Vasco in 2012.
