Ole Martin Lauritsen

Ole Martin Lauritsen has extensive experience in investment and leadership roles, currently serving as Managing Partner, Managing Director, Investment Director, Investment Manager, and Associate at Icon Capital AS since September 2009. In addition to this role, Lauritsen holds the position of Chairman of the Board at Site Service AS, Abyss Group, and Invent Sport AS, all of which started in 2022 and 2020 respectively. Previously, Lauritsen was a Member of the Board of Directors for M2 Retail Group AB from June 2011 to October 2018 and for Unicare Holding AS from March 2013 to May 2016. Lauritsen holds a degree from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2009.
