Muraleedharan Sadhasivam has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Muraleedharan started their career at Sutherland Global Services as a Technical Support Executive from 2008 to 2009. Muraleedharan then worked at Concentrix as a Subject Matter Expert and Product & Process Trainer from 2010 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Zoho as a Manager of Customer Success for Site24x7, and later became a Member Leadership Staff. From 2011 to 2017, they worked as a Technical Consultant at Site24x7, and then moved on to be the Lead for Technical Support and PreSales from 2017 to 2019, both at ManageEngine and Site24x7. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of Customer Success at Site24x7 since 2019. Overall, Muraleedharan Sadhasivam has consistently demonstrated their expertise in customer success and technical support throughout their career.

Muraleedharan Sadhasivam attended Vellore Institute of Technology from 2003 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Telecommunications Engineering. In May 2016, they obtained the ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management certification from ITIL Foundation.
