James Thompson III (Jay)

James (Jay) Thompson III has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Prior to this role, from September 2019 to March 2020, they worked as the General Manager - Service at Louisiana Cat, leading a team of over 400 product support employees.

Jay's previous experience at SITECH Louisiana includes roles such as General Manager, Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager between December 2013 and August 2019. During this time, they achieved significant revenue growth and emphasized customer needs, empowerment through education, and self-improvement.

Before joining SITECH Louisiana, Jay held various positions at Louisiana Cat. From March 2011 to April 2013, they served as the Technical Services Manager and Six Sigma Master Black Belt, where they mentored Black Belts and implemented Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, resulting in substantial return on investment. James also worked as a Six Sigma Black Belt, Service Manager, and Service Sales Representative at Louisiana Cat from 2004 to 2006.

Additionally, Jay had a brief stint as the Chief Operating Officer at Coastal Ecology Group from February 2006 to February 2007.
