Loay Amara

Loay Amara is a highly experienced engineering leader with a robust background in software development and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Sitech since February 2023, Loay previously held a similar title at Tuhoon, where efforts focused on creating the Arab world’s first mental wellness ecosystem. Loay's career includes significant roles such as Software Development Team Lead at Shahid, providing technical guidance and mentoring, and Senior Web Developer at the Middle East Broadcasting Center, specializing in software architecture and integration services. Earlier positions include leadership and engineering roles at ReserveOut, Central Informatics Organisation, and ProgressSoft Corporation. Loay holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Jami'at Al Al-Bayt, obtained in 2005.
