Freddy Massen

Freddy Massen has extensive experience in health, safety, and environmental compliance, currently serving as a Legal Compliance Officer, Chemical Safety Expert, and HSE Advisor at Sitech Services BV since January 2006. Prior to this role, Freddy held multiple positions at DSM Fiber Intermediates, including Plant SHE Officer for Caprolactam and Stanyl plants, and at DSM Elastomers as Plant SHE Officer at EPT plants. Freddy's career began at DSM Research bv, where responsibilities included Safety Health & Environment officer and Chemical analyst, with a focus on colloidal chemistry, surface chemistry, and particle characterization. Freddy holds a Master’s Degree in Occupational Safety from sPHOV (1995-1998) and a Bachelor’s degree in Analytical Chemistry from Zuyd Hogeschool (1983-1987).
