Jeff Fracchia

Jeff Fracchia, P.E., CxA, is a seasoned professional with over 16 years of experience in the HVAC controls and commissioning sector. Currently serving as the Professional Services Manager at Sitech South Mississippi, LLC since October 2022, Jeff previously held the position of Concrete Division Manager at Birdsong Construction Company Inc. from August 2018 to August 2022. Jeff also operated as an Independent Consultant during the same period, providing expertise in Building Automation Systems. As the President of Capital Commissioning, Inc. from October 2017 to August 2018, Jeff specialized in HVAC control systems and design. Prior experience includes a tenure as an Account Executive at Johnson Controls, focusing on energy-efficient HVAC solutions, and serving as the CADD Engineer Director for the Mississippi Department of Transportation. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Mississippi State University, completed in 1994.
