Jordan Katz

Jordan Katz serves as the COO for the Americas at Sitecore, leading operations and growth strategies across various departments since December 2024. Prior to this, Jordan was the Chief Insights Officer at Simpplr, providing analytical insights to enhance customer value. Experience at Qualtrics saw Jordan in multiple roles, including Head of Employee Experience Strategy and Global Head of Employee Experience Transition Programs, focusing on strategies for the employee experience sector, especially within the public sector. Previously, Jordan co-founded Insight Predictive and worked at Gallup as a Senior Managing Consultant, driving organizational strategy through predictive analytics. Jordan holds an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a certificate in Data Science from MIT.
