Angel Shtilianov

Angel Shtilianov has a diverse work experience in the technology field. Angel most recently worked at SiteGround Web Hosting Company as the Linux kernel operations lead starting in January 2022. Prior to that, they held a role in Linux Kernel Development Operations at the same company from 2017 to September 2022.

Before joining SiteGround, Angel worked at MM Solutions JSC as a Senior Software Engineer from March 2011 to December 2016. In this role, they were involved in various areas such as bootloaders, hardware boot camps, embedded development, Linux Kernel Hacking, Linux Device Drivers, power management, PCIe, USB and charging, and hardware design and reviews.

Angel also worked at Emsyst-6 LTD as a Senior Software Development Engineer from September 2003 to March 2011. Angel started their career at Lion Technologies as a service engineer in January 2003, where they worked until December 2003.

Angel Shtilianov attended the Technical University of Sofia from 2001 to 2008, where they studied AIUT. Prior to that, they attended the "Hristo Botev" Professionalism Gimnasy from 1997 to 2001, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Radio and Television Technologies.
