Michael Lai

Michael Lai has had a successful career in the tech industry. Michael started their career in 1999 as the Director of Engineering at Buildpoint. In 2003, they moved on to Jefferies Broadview as an M&A Analyst. After three years, they joined Yahoo! Inc. as a Product Manager. In 2008, they became the CEO & Co-founder of Sitejabber, a leading review platform that was developed in part with a grant from the National Science Foundation and was named a Top 100 Website by PC Magazine.

Michael Lai attended Alief Hastings High School from 1992 to 1996. Michael then went on to Stanford University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science between 1996 and 1999. After that, they attended Harvard Business School, graduating with an MBA in Business Administration and Management in 2006.
