Abigail Devore

Abby’s passion is in the intersection of design and policy. She believes in intersectional approaches addressing the larger socio-political contexts design is situated within. She strives to participate in social change through the creation of inclusivity in the built environment. She previously worked in multiple architecture design firms at a range of scales and with diverse communities in Arizona and California and this last year she worked with Miracle Messages, a nonprofit based in San Francisco. Her work is embedded in narrative based design and urban scale connections throughout the social networks of people.

She graduated from California Polytechnic State University SLO with a Bachelor of Architecture and minor in Italian Studies. She spent a year studying abroad in Florence, Italy studying architecture and Italian art, politics, and language.
