Woody strives to co-create the identity of a project. Whether a neighborhood greening initiative or an urban brownfield framework plan, he transforms complexity into simplicity, engagement into action, and collaboration into vision. Woody led mixed-use plans for Google in Mountain View and San Jose, each rooted in their local identity. His previous work at AECOM includes large-scale projects in the Middle East, Latin America, and California.
Woody studied architecture and geography at the University of Minnesota, and as a Rotary Scholar obtained a Masters of Urban Design from Queen’s University in Belfast, Northern Ireland. As a Fulbright in Cyprus, Woody used storytelling to accentuate the physical and historical characteristics of the divided capital of Nicosia to unite its urban fabric.
