Adriana De Souza

Adriana De Souza has worked in various roles since 2008. Adriana began as a Team Administrator/Executive Assistant at RPS Group in 2008. In 2010, they moved to a Policy Officer position at Queensland Government. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as a Document Controller at QGC - A BG Group Business. In 2017, they became a Senior Document Controller at APP Corporation Pty Ltd, and in 2014, they moved to a similar role at Origin Energy. In 2018, they became a Customer Success Manager and Consultant at Oracle, and in 2021, they took on the same role at monday.com. Currently, Adriana is the Director of GTM Operations and GTM Operations Manager at Sitemate.

Adriana De Souza has a diverse educational background. Adriana completed their high school education at Wellington Point State High School from 1995 to 1999. Adriana then attended Griffith University from 2000 to 2005 and obtained a Design degree in Interior Design. Adriana is currently enrolled in RMIT University and is expected to complete their Graduate Certificate in Customer Success Management in 2021. Additionally, they have obtained two additional certifications from RMIT University, namely Customer Experience Strategy and Design in April 2020, and Digital Leadership in April 2020.
