Leah Rankin

Leah Rankin is a seasoned executive with a passion for people, technology and delivering customer-driven products to market, with a focus on digital, global and scalable solutions. Over the past 20 years, Leah has gained local and international experience across the telecommunications, travel and technology industries, holding numerous product and engineering leadership roles at Vodafone, Wotif and Community Engine. Prior to SiteMinder, she spent nearly four years as Nearmap’s Executive Vice President of Product & Engineering.

Today, Leah brings that experience and expertise to SiteMinder, where she works with the Product and Engineering teams to shape the entire journey of the company’s customers and ensure customer experience is a focus at every touchpoint. She is responsible for our global customer organisation, supporting the day-to-day needs of our customers, and ensuring their success and engagement.

Leah holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts (Administration & Human Resource Management) from the University of Tasmania.
