Laura Shartle

Laura Shartle has had a diverse range of roles in talent and organizational development throughout their career. Laura began in 1994 as the Director of Training at ExecuTrain and later transitioned to the role of Director of eLearning. From 2002 to 2007, they served as the Organization Development/Enterprise Lean Deployment Leader at Propex Operating Company, LLC. Laura then joined SAP America as a Change Management Consulting Principal from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2015, Laura worked at Newell Rubbermaid in various roles, including Senior Manager of Organizational Development and Director of Talent Management and Strategic Workforce Planning. Currently, Laura is Vice President of Talent and Organizational Development at SiteOne Landscape Supply, a position they have held since March 2022.

Laura Shartle earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Southern California, where they attended from 1988 to 1992. Prior to that, they completed their General Studies education at Westwood High School from 1986 to 1988. In addition to their formal education, Laura has obtained certifications in Leading Change Facilitation from The Ken Blanchard Companies and Targeted Selection from DDI | Development Dimensions International. Laura also holds a certification as a Targeted Selection Program Manager from DDI | Development Dimensions International.
