Paden Ferrero

Paden Ferrero has over 13 years of work experience across multiple industries. Paden began their career in 2008 as a Derrickhand at Norton Energy Drilling and later moved to Helmerich & Payne in the same position. In 2014, they joined Cabela's as a Sales Representative and eventually became a Manager. In 2018, Ferrero transitioned to SitePro Inc., where they started as a Supply Chain Specialist and gradually worked their way up to Manager of the Project Management Office. Paden then served as the Director of Operations and Director of Estimation and Procurement before their current role as the VP of Business Development and Procurement.

Paden Ferrero attended Texas Tech University from 2015 to 2017. Paden earned a B.S. in University Studies with focuses in Mathematics, Engineering, and Organizational Leadership. Additionally, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in University Studies from the same institution during the same period.
