Varun Kedia

Varun Kedia is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial control and compliance. Currently serving as Financial Controller for the Middle East at SITI B&T Group S.p.A. since March 2020, Varun leads the finance and accounts function, ensuring IFRS-compliant reporting and minimizing month-end closure times. Previously, Varun was Deputy Manager Finance & Accounts at RAK Ceramics, managing the successful in-house implementation of VAT for a group of 11 companies, resulting in significant cost savings. Career beginnings included roles in internal audit and article assistance at MP Birla Cement and Jainsarawgee & Co. Varun holds multiple accounting credentials, including Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and UAE Chartered Accountant from the Accountants and Auditors Association UAE, complemented by a Diploma in IFRS from ACCA.
