Carl DCosta is a seasoned executive in the technology and supply chain sectors, currently serving as Global Customer Expansion Lead at SiTime since September 2025, focusing on customer growth in the precision timing industry. Prior experience includes roles as EVP Partners at Körber Supply Chain, where responsibilities encompassed partner business strategy and sales, and SVP & GM of Worldwide Partner Success at Blue Yonder, where Carl was instrumental in transforming the partner business. Additional leadership experience at Oracle involved overseeing global alliances and channel sales for the Communications business, while significant roles at HP include building partner organizations and driving revenue growth across multiple business units.
