Pavel Polunin

Pavel Polunin, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in MEMS development, currently serving as Sr. Director of MEMS Development and Test at SiTime since October 2016, where responsibilities include modeling, analysis, characterization, and design of MEMS resonators for timing solutions. Previously, research experience at Michigan State University from January 2011 to September 2016 focused on nonlinear and stochastic dynamics in MEMS resonators, alongside roles as a course instructor and graduate teaching assistant. Pavel's academic background includes a Ph.D. and M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, along with a Bachelor of Technology in Automation and Control from Bauman Moscow State Technical University, where Pavel also contributed as an officer in the Office of International Projects.
