Uljana Smut (Lavryk)

Uljana Smut (Lavryk) is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Senior Manager of Human Resources at SiTime since August 2018, after holding the position of HR Generalist, Global. Prior to joining SiTime, Uljana worked as an HR Generalist at Pub Linyvyy Pes from December 2011 to October 2017, where responsibilities included coordinating recruitment processes and developing motivation programs. Uljana's career at SiTime began in August 2007 as the Manager of Foreign Economic Activity, focusing on negotiations, logistics, and compliance with business regulations. Uljana also served as Office Manager, managing various operational tasks. Uljana holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Culture from Lviv Polytechnic National University and has additional qualifications in Law and Documents and Informational Activity from Lviv State University of Internal Affairs and Lviv Polytechnic National University, respectively.
