Dara Chapman

Dara Chapman has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Dara started their career as a Crew Member at Trader Joe's in 2004. Dara then worked as a Sales Associate at Belmont Trading Company for a year before joining McMaster-Carr in 2006. At McMaster-Carr, they held various managerial roles in departments such as Customer Preferences, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing. In 2018, Dara joined Sitka Salmon Shares as the Director of Culinary Development. Dara later became the Operations Consultant in 2019, where they executed projects to improve efficiencies. In the same year, they were appointed as the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for managing production, procurement, fulfillment, logistics, customer service operations, and overall financial success.

Dara Chapman completed the Professional Cookery Certificate Program Coursework at Kendall College. After that, they attended the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Following this, they pursued a Master of Music degree at Northwestern University from 2002 to 2004.
