Therese Anvelius has extensive experience in project management and operations within the retail and hospitality sectors. Prior to Sitoo, Therese worked as an Application Specialist at Quinyx, specializing in SaaS Workforce Management solutions. Therese has also held significant operational roles, including Director of Operations for TGI Fridays in Sweden and Norway, overseeing multiple locations and ensuring adherence to brand standards, as well as roles as General Manager at TGI Fridays in Malmö and Stureplan. Therese's career began with a focus on brand standards at American Bistro Sweden AB, demonstrating a strong foundation in managing quality and operational efficiency across various hospitality operations.
