Céline Chavanel Callait

Céline Chavanel Callait has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Céline started their career as an Assistant Hotel Manager at Belmond in 2014 and later became the Hotel Manager. In 2017, they moved to Accor, where they initially served as the Deputy General Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager. Céline joined VICARTEM in 2020 as the Director and worked there until December 2022. Most recently, they joined Sitowie in 2023 as the Chief of Staff. Additionally, in 2019, they worked as a Consultant at IdeAll Hôtel Consulting.

Céline Chavanel Callait received their MBA in International Hospitality and Service Industries Management from the Glion Institute of Higher Education from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their bachelor's degree in International Management and Business Administration at the University of International Business and Economics from 2010 to 2013. Before pursuing their bachelor's degree, they obtained a bachelor's degree in International Business from NEOMA Business School, where they studied from 2008 to 2010. In their early education, Céline attended Cathedral City High School from 2006 to 2007. Céline completed their Baccalaureat in Scientific field of study at Lycee des Pierres Vives from 2005 to 2008.

Additionally, Céline has obtained several certifications. In 2021, they received the Six Sigma Black Belt Certification Level I from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC). In 2020, they completed an Introduction to Psychology course from Yale University. In 2016, Céline obtained the Harvard Management Mentor Certificates from Harvard Management Company, consisting of 33 certificates. In 2013, they earned the New HSK 5 certification from HKS. Céline also received a TOEFL score of 108 out of 120 from The TOEFL test in 2012. Furthermore, in 2005, they obtained a first aid diploma from the Croix-Rouge française.
