Maxim Vandesteene has over a decade of experience in logistics, currently serving as the Head Planner for the container department at Sitra Group since November 2011. In this role, Maxim is responsible for the daily organization and coordination of container transport across France, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Germany, ensuring efficient operations, communication, and adherence to legal requirements. Prior positions at Sitra Group include Logistic Planner and Administrative Planner, where responsibilities included coordination of transport in the UK and providing support to planners. Maxim's career also includes an internship in Supply Chain Management at Baxter International Inc. Additionally, Maxim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from VIVES University of Applied Sciences, completed in June 2011.
