Pirta Karlsson

Pirta Karlsson has extensive work experience in HR and leadership roles. Pirta is currently the Head of People & Culture at Sitra since 2022. Prior to this, they held positions such as Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Board at Suomen Icehearts ry from 2019 to present. Pirta also served as a Member of the HR Steering Group at the Finnish Government from 2018 to 2022. Pirta Karlsson was the Director of Human Resources at Verohallinto - Finnish Tax Administration from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, they have held HR leadership roles at Fondia Oyj and Deloitte Finland. Pirta began their career at Accenture and Osuuspankkikeskus, focusing on change management and HR development.
